Your mind it´s making you sick
Do you know the origin of your illness and what might have caused it?
Somatization of a symptom is the physical manifestation of a mental or emotional problem. These symptoms can be recurrent, inexplicable, and unjustifiable, negatively impacting the life of the person experiencing them.
All negative emotions affect daily life, especially when we don't know how to move on or how to face them as a learning experience rather than a curse. Our perception and interpretation of situations is how a symptom can develop, particularly in the physical area that most directly represents the situation.
(Each of us has a weak point in our body—I call it the weakest link in the chain—and that's where stress attacks.) The body is responsible for expressing the emotions we feel, and when emotions cannot be expressed appropriately, they are somatized.
